The brothers behind – from a dream to reality
The story of Brødrenes began with Magnus og Theis Thesbjerg Jensenwho both have a deep passion for food, quality ingredients, and the special atmosphere that arises when people come together over a meal. They opened Brødrenes Original in Aarhus - a gastrogrillwhere Danish classics are served with a modern and reinterpreted twist.
Since then, Brødrenes has grown, and today we are fire “brødre”who together share the dream of spreading the joy of food, based on Danish ingredients, great flavor experiences, and time for a cozy chat with our customers.Our mission is the same as when we started: to create a place where people can relax, enjoy a good meal, and feel at home – whether they come for a quick lunch or an entire evening in good company.

For us, food is at the heart of everything – and we believe that quality ingredients speak for themselves. We collaborate with local producers who share our passion for quality, organic produce, and sustainability. Our cheese and charcuterie come from some of the best Danish producers, our vegetables follow the seasons, and our meat comes from free-range animals.
